1. Use of Service

AI Baby Face Generator generates AI baby face images based on uploaded photos.

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal content
• Nudity or sexual content
• Copyrighted material you do not own
• Harmful or abusive content

We may refuse service for violations.

2. Payments

Payments for premium features are processed by secure third-party services (Stripe). We do not store your payment details.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

AI results are generated automatically.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Realism
• Scientific validity
• Predictive genetic truth

AI images are for entertainment purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process the photos solely for generating results.

All website content, branding, and AI models belong to AI Baby Face Generator.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate AI results
• User misuse of generated images

Use the service at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.

8. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

8.1 Subscription Service

AI Baby Generator is offered as a subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you obtain access to certain features and content ("Subscription") on a recurring, automatically renewing basis until cancelled.

8.2 3‑Day Trial for $1

From time to time, we may offer a promotional trial period ("Trial"). For our standard offer, you are charged $1 at the start of a 3‑day Trial and granted full access to the Subscription during the Trial period. The Trial fee is non‑refundable unless required by applicable law.

8.3 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription

Unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the Trial, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid, recurring Subscription at the then‑current price (currently $19.99 per month) at the end of the Trial. On that date, and on each subsequent billing date, you authorize us and our payment processor (such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.

8.4 Recurring Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise disclosed at checkout). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 8.5. We may change the subscription price from time to time; any change will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle unless you cancel before that date.

8.5 How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your account page at aibabygenerator.ai or by contacting our support at support@aibabygenerator.ai. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription until that time. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your Trial or current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

8.6 No Refunds

Payments are non‑refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by us. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Subscription through the end of your paid billing period.

8.7 Failed Payments & Suspension

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may attempt to re‑process the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription until payment is successfully processed. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed on you by your bank or payment provider in connection with our processing of your payments.

8.8 Promotions and Changes

Any promotional offers, discounts, or free trial extensions are temporary and subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Subscription (in whole or in part) upon reasonable notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.
