Information We Collect

Photos and Biometric Data

When you use AI Baby Generator, you upload photos containing facial biometric data (facial geometry) of both parents. These images are used exclusively to generate your baby face prediction. To create the prediction, the uploaded photos are transmitted to the third-party AI provider that runs our image model.

🔒 Photo retention: Your uploaded photos and the generated prediction are stored so that your result can be delivered and re-downloaded, and are automatically deleted within 30 days of generation. You may request earlier deletion at any time via [email protected].

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (optional)
• Payment information (handled by our payment processor, Stripe - we never store card details)

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect and store the following information, linked to your account:

• Your IP address, recorded at account creation, at each login, at each payment, and when you generate or download a prediction
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Session identifiers and cookies for account management
• Timestamped records of account activity: logins, subscription and payment events, generation requests, and downloads
• Identifiers for each generation (job ID, file ID) linked to your account, so we can show you your own generation history and investigate support requests

This information is not anonymous - it is linked to your account and can identify you. We use it to operate and secure the Service, detect and prevent abuse or fraud, respond to support requests, and verify the legitimacy of a transaction if a payment on your account is disputed, charged back, or reported as unauthorised.

We also use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics (for example, overall feature usage counts) to improve the Service. Aggregated data of this kind cannot be used to identify you.

How We Use Your Data

What We DON'T Do With Your Data

• ❌ We never keep your uploaded photos beyond the retention period described below
• ❌ We never share your data with advertising platforms or data brokers

Data Retention

• Uploaded photos and generated predictions: automatically deleted within 30 days of generation, or earlier on your request.
• Account activity records, IP addresses, and device information: automatically deleted 180 days after the activity was recorded. We keep them for this period to meet the security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes described above.
• Account information (email address, optional name, subscription status): retained for as long as your account exists, and deleted when you ask us to close it.
• Payment records: retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Data Security

• All data transmission uses encrypted connections (SSL/TLS)
• Servers employ industry-standard security protocols
• Photos are processed in isolated environments
• Photos and predictions are deleted automatically once the retention period ends

Children's Privacy

AI Baby Generator is intended for adults planning families. Our service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

Third-Party Services

We work only with trusted partners who meet strict security standards:

• Payment Processing: Stripe (PCI-compliant). Beyond processing payments, if a payment on your account is disputed, charged back, or reported as fraudulent, we may share the relevant account activity records - such as login and usage timestamps, IP addresses, and transaction history - with Stripe to verify the transaction.
• AI Processing: a third-party model provider that receives your uploaded photos solely to generate your prediction.
• Hosting: secure cloud infrastructure.
• Sign-In: Google Identity Services, if you choose to use the "Continue with Google" button. Google receives the fact that you are signing in on aibabygenerator.ai; we receive your Google-verified email address and your name, and use them only to create your account or sign you in. The button is offered only after you have accepted cookies.
• Analytics: analytics providers that receive usage events keyed to an internal account identifier, never your email address or your photos. Analytics run only with your consent.

We do not permit these providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect service improvements or legal requirements. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
